Architects & Project Management Consultation

Builders have relied on Channel Lumber for over 50 years of servicing the diverse and difficult requirements in Northern California.  We have found that early involvement in project planning will eliminate costly delays, reduce overall expenditure with value engineering, and material selection.  By working with the Architect and Project Management team Channel Lumber can suggest materials for optimal performance, prepare submittal information and assist with documentation.  Channel has the largest inventory of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) Certified Wood Products on the ground ready for immediate shipment. This makes attaining the MRc-7, and MRc5 credits in LEED® easy.  Please visit the FSC/LEED® tab for a list of FSC Certified Products and the applicable points that they are eligible for the following credits;
